For our Projekt   team we are currently looking for People for a  freelance basis.
Your responsibilities

• Handling customer service inquiries via ticket system and email
• Handling of Process
• Gathering and forwarding player feedback and issues
• Maintaining a high written customer service quality

Your profile

• Able to work in a team
• A passion for online games and high internet affinity
• Above average stress management, patience, fairness and diplomatic abilities
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
• A high understanding of customer needs
• Excellent communicative skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in dealing with customers is a plus
• Reliable and self-responsible
• At least 18 years old
